0:01 I thought your post was pretty interesting talking about you know a lot of the food additives that we have in the United States of America compared to a lot of places or a lot of other countries like Europe.
0:10 Um I definitely do think there's there needs to be a crackdown on the regulation uh in terms of you know like the FDA regulating what we eat and what is put into what we eat.
0:20 Um a lot of these food additives, like you said, can cause a lot of major issues, like including cancer, which is kind of scary to even think about.
0:27 But yeah, we really need to speak up and make a forward change in a movement in terms of you know really being day really being able to just kind of regulate what we eat um to make sure that we have a healthier future.
