  1. 0:00 So AI data centers uh have obviously an extreme demand for energy to power these massive facilities that just use up tons and tons and tons of energy.
  2. 0:11 So these tech companies are scrambling to find the best alternative to fuel all this demand.
  3. 0:16 And the reality is they had to come to the fact that they need to build their own um power plants essentially on their on the next to their AI data data centers and next to their facilities.
  4. 0:27 So uh a lot of projects have came underway.
  5. 0:31 For example, we have um the Oracle and OpenAI who started building a massive uh energy center uh to supply their data centers with electricity.
  6. 0:41 Um and this is gonna be a theme throughout these big tech companies to to support the infrastructure of the growing uh demand for for these data centers and the massive amounts of electricity that they use.
  7. 0:52 So I think it's super interesting to see how that's gonna affect not only the the capital requirements that's gonna go into to building these data data centers, but also the the real estate that they're investing in to build these massive, massive facilities as well as all those components that go into those facilities as well as uh the the electrical components that go into there.
  8. 1:15 Because now you're you're not just dealing with an AI center an AI data center build, you're also thinking with the electricity power plant next to it.
  9. 1:21 So I think that's pretty interesting uh to see the relation how that's gonna work and how how that goes going forward.
