- 0:02 This is such an important issue in today's age of AI that I think it's overlooked a lot.
- 0:10 But I really like how you touched on a little bit at the end about the real estate aspect.
- 0:16 I mean, like you said, these these data centers, these companies that are building these data centers or want them built, they are spending billions of dollars, sometimes hundreds of billions of dollars investing into AI.
- 0:28 There is so much opportunity from a real estate development standpoint to try to get involved.
- 0:36 But one of the things I think is really overlooked from the real estate side is that these um data centers are obviously bigger than the average um average lot.
- 0:49 They're not really that tall, but they are pretty wide in terms of area.
- 0:54 So it's gotten to the point now where if you can aggregate a couple different lots next to each other, you're gonna be able to 10x or sometimes 20x the value.
- 1:05 Just if you're able to get the initial initial capital up front to be able to buy um maybe multiple buildings next to each other and then repurpose that land for a data center.
- 1:18 Um I mean it's just it's just a crazy, crazy investment opportunity.
