- 0:00 This is a really interesting topic, James.
- 0:02 And I think it's really interesting because back in the day when I learned about history, you know, after World War II, America would defend a lot of countries to stop the spread of communism.
- 0:12 And it's cool to see how like it still is to stop communism, but at the same time now it's to stop China from getting these semiconductors.
- 0:21 Because now, you know, it's not the space race, it's not the war against communism.
- 0:25 It's who's gonna be the top, the AI giant.
- 0:29 So it makes it really interesting and also very complicated because you know, such a small island, you know, have so much control though, and now you know they're just being surrounded by all these big powers, you know, China's right next to them, and then you got US allies nearby, US as their ally.
- 0:47 And I'm just very interested to see if this big AI boom will cause this to become even more of an issue even now.
- 0:56 Because it AI has boomed, but like as AI gets even bigger, to see how this will affect the situation.
- 1:03 But yeah, it's a very interesting topic.
