  1. 0:00 Yeah, again, so I think this is a really interesting topic.
  2. 0:03 Um from personal experience, I uh studied abroad in Europe this summer for three months.
  3. 0:08 Um I think one of the biggest things I noticed when grocery shopping was how seriously the Europeans took their food regulation.
  4. 0:16 Um almost on every packaging there was a food rating or a health rating on like from A to E, kind of explaining how healthy the food was.
  5. 0:25 Um and I think that's that's a really really important thing to have in society, like knowing what you put in your body.
  6. 0:31 Um yeah, the food may taste different, um, but you definitely feel better when you're eating all natural food.
  7. 0:38 I think the biggest thing I noticed is when I came back to the US and I'd read the back of a package, I'd see all those ingredients and I didn't even know what 95% of them were.
  8. 0:48 Um in France, I mean, although it was the packaging was was in French, I was able to Google translate and it was kind of kept down to uh to a couple ingredients.
  9. 0:57 But I think it's a really big thing.
  10. 0:59 Like I've tried to do to go out of my way to find foods without dyes and without like these processed um ingredients like seed oils.
  11. 1:09 Um it's it definitely has a big impact on how you feel.
  12. 1:12 Like you can just be sluggish during the day and I noticed like if I don't eat right, I feel horrible.
  13. 1:17 So I mean yeah, at uh to an extent it feels like the government is prioritizing profits rather than the well being of its people and you know we're slowly poisoning ourselves with these dangerous uh ingredients.
