Luca Pietro0:00 JP Morgan has announced that they're going to invest 10 billion of their own money into US companies to prevent over reliance on countries like China for national con or national security concerns.0:13 They're investing in a lot of companies such as rare earth materials that's going to fuel the AI infrastructure and chip infrastructure as well as some national defense companies and other artificial intelligence firms.0:26 And this really just comes from the fact that Diamond, as well as the uh the US government believes that the U.S.0:32 has become over reliant on foreign counterparts for the economy here in the U.S.0:37 And the whole point of this investment into the United States infrastructure is to really build the economy back up domestically, which I I think is going to be a good thing for the employment levels in the U.S.0:50 Uh however we might lose the competitive advantage with the pricing power uh outsourcing a lot of these companies and their labor into these other countries and and getting products from there.1:03 So it's interesting to see how this will play out.1:05 But um JP Morgan has over $1.5 trillion invested into the US infrastructure for the next 10 years, um, as well as the added 10 billion announced today.1:14 So we'll see how this goes.
