Vansh Patel0:00 I just walked past the food court and what I saw really intrigued me.0:05 I uh I only saw the use of plastic forks and spoons, um, plastic plates and then plastic bags and it was generally all processed food.0:17 I uh it's it's a topic that I'm actually really interested about.0:22 Um it's something I've tried out personally.0:25 I uh Well our generation is forgetting how to eat naturally processed food or naturally occurring food.0:34 Uh whole foods have been on a decline in our diets, and I think it's starting to show in all aspects of our health and even mental health in uh in our generation.0:45 I I took about a month last year and I ate only whole foods.0:52 I have a local farm stand by my house that I ate food from for an entire month.0:58 It was straight from the ground, straight natural food, and I noticed benefits in almost all aspects of my life.1:07 I felt better, my mood was better, I was happier, and my health was far better.1:13 I mean my skin cleared up, I I felt overall like a different person and I started to ask myself why is this diet being forgotten?1:24 And I start to look around and I realize people really just don't have time to eat food like this anymore.1:35 I mean we have become so busy that we don't have the time to source our own food anymore and I think that's really an issue right now.1:46 I think a lot of these mental health concerns and health problems we have in the US are sourced from our diet.1:55 I think when you look at Europe, a lot of their foods are possibly sourced similar to ours, but they seem to be completely different and their diets are just totally different.2:08 I mean their fast food is much healthier than ours.2:11 Ours has much more food dyes and preservatives that just harm our health overall.2:18 So I really think there should be some government regulations that are put into place that are able to fix something related to this.2:28 So just let me know what you guys think.
