- 0:06 I definitely do think it is a little bit of the government going against the government itself.
- 0:09 You know, if the state of California is declaring a state of emergency because of something that the federal government is mandating and wanting to have done, I think that is just a complete waste of time and taxpayers' dollars, honestly.
- 0:23 At the end of the day, like we all fund the government, and so whenever these issues arise, it's us who have to pay for them, and it's honestly kind of frustrating.
- 0:33 I don't know what the best way to go about it is.
- 0:36 I think if I was in that situation, I would try to find a common consensus with the federal government.
- 0:41 If I was the state of California's governor, um I would say that there needs to be some kind of agreement or discussion or something civil where they can sit down and discuss what needs to be happening just for the betterment of the people that live there.
- 0:57 You know, people fail to understand that these are people's lives being affected through these things.
- 1:02 And it's devastating, you know.
- 1:03 You don't want to see these things happen.
- 1:05 And at the end of the day, it's just it's we're the ones who pay for it.
- 1:08 It's not the politicians, it's not the government, it's it's us, it's everyday working class citizens.
- 1:13 So I definitely do think that it needs to be more awareness brought up on this issue.
