- 0:02 It's something that I've actually never uh looked into or seen for myself, but I think yeah, that'd be absolutely great if we were able to repurpose old architecture and old real estate into uh beneficial things for our communities.
- 0:18 I mean, when you look at it, real estate always has its lifespan.
- 0:22 Uh if you look at Atlanta, for example, the old downtowns, there's so many buildings that I'm sure used to be prosperous and booming, but have died, and the real estate has a lifespan.

- 0:36 So I think if we were able to repurpose that uh into things that can benefit the community, I think by all means that would like exponentially boost uh quality of life in most places.
- 0:52 And I think uh repurpose meant it would be cheaper than demolition and new construction.
- 1:00 Uh construction prices are on the rise, as I'm sure you know, is a construction uh major.
- 1:06 Uh I think repurposement would be far more of a viable option uh for old real estate and just converting it uh to make it lively again.
- 1:18 I think we as humans have a bad habit of just leaving our tools uh where we used to work.
- 1:25 Uh in a sense that we like to go into places and create what we like and then just leave it there.
- 1:33 So and move on to the next thing.
- 1:35 So I think if we were able to go back to some of the old things that we've built and repurpose them uh into new things, uh I think that would do nothing but benefit all of our communities.

- 1:50 Another thing actually, as populations increase, uh we're running out of space.
- 1:55 You know, uh everybody wants to live in the big town, everybody wants to live in the booming part of town.
- 2:01 Uh some of these older parts are getting forgotten and just having that option of repurpose would would really bring that life back to those outer parts of towns.
