- 0:02 And honestly, if I was Smokers, I'd be doing the same thing.
- 0:05 You know, Trader Joe's is making money off the likeliness of the product that Smokers has created and built over all these years.
- 0:14 And I don't think it's fair for Trader Joe's to come in one day and just say, hey, we like this idea.
- 0:17 We're just gonna make a few tweaks on it, make it a little bit healthier, and then put it on our shelves with our name on it.
- 0:22 You know, I don't think that's fair at all.
- 0:24 Smokers created this product, and then from there they also branded this product, made it known or made it available to a lot of a lot of different places, like school systems growing up, and that's how a lot of these people got hooked on it.

- 0:37 Like kids used to eat smokers uh uncrustables all the time.
- 0:40 They used to be sold and served at school.
- 0:42 Um, and then pretty much it's like Trader Joe's just came in, took all the hard work out of the equation, and just kind of piggybacked on smokers.
- 0:51 So I think it's I think it's right what smokers is doing here.
- 0:54 They should be Trader Joe's should be reprimanded for what they're doing here.
- 0:57 Um it's not their own product, they're using the the entire idea of smokers uncrustable and making it their own by making a few tweaks, and it's not even their own at that point.
- 1:08 You know, they made a few changes to the recipe and the ingredients, but that doesn't constitute you being able to do that and make money off of somebody else's product, you know what I mean?
- 1:16 It's like if I were to make hot Cheetos and just change the lemon that I use to make the chips, could I sell them as Hot Cheetos my brand?

- 1:28 So I definitely do think that there needs to be some pushback on Trader Joe's.
- 1:32 Um if I was smokers, I I would be pretty unhappy with this.
